It happened again...

For the past few days I have not been able to access Halo 5 Guardians online modes, this is about the fourth time that this has happened to me this year. Over and over I soft reset and change wifi, nothing works.
Every time I try to get online it gives me the same message. “Error authorizing user… You will be unable to access online modes.”
And I get that there have been some server issues lately but its been four days now that I still cant get online.
Please fix this problem for me 343i.

Yes, with the Master Chief Collection I can play online.
Any other game works online, except Halo 5 and my Halo Channel. And all my other friends have halo 5 and it seems to work perfectly for them.

And no, I have not yet tried using my profile on another friends console. But whenever I post a complaint like this 343 seems to fix the problem not to long after.

you could have a red rep without even knowing it preventing you playing H5

When you say you have done a soft reset of your xbox just what is it that is different from a hard reset? Ive never heard of a soft reset…

Its turning off the console and then turning it back on or closing the game and re-launching it.
