Since the beginning of halo 5 I have always suffered lags, disconnections, deaths in 2 or 3 shots, or even a single shot of lacrosse. But there for 3 days the game is severely degraded. The game freezes during the game and when I regain control I die instantly, I go forward and I am brought back to my position 5 seconds back and this several times in a row, I empty loaders on an opponent and this one it does not seem to take the shots, and conversely I die in a second. Disconnections every 5 or 6 parts and all my progress annihilated. Another thing that happens all too often is that my spartan seems to be slow, sensitivity no longer seems to be the usual one.
I will probably ask me to restart my router, to boot my xbox, but all this has been done and redone hundreds of times, and it has never changed anything. My connection is correct to see better than anyone else I know and who has less problem.
Now to return to the last days, it’s a real disaster, and not just for me. I have several French friends like me, who for a few days have been broadcasting clips of everything I described above. What makes me say that the problem does not come from me but servers 343. The servers are in breakdowns? Does anyone know where this problem comes from? 343 work on it?
If Halo 6 encounters the same problems I think the halo population may melt like snow in the sun. Personally if halo 5 continues to degrade, and does not undergo correction before the release of halo 6, I would put the halo franchise to oblivion. It’s not normal to have bought a game at 70 €, and that it has never really worked well and even seems to degrade patch after fix. Can we hope for a final fix that corrects him once and for all? Or 343 does not even care anymore?
I share your frustration Spartan, retrieving data issue and terrible lag are back. I am in the USA.
Servers have been acting weird the past couple of months. Is your NAT open? I didn’t see any mention of that in your post and that’s something that might help out at least a bit.

yes nat ports are well open and I use an IP address fix

Same here but, it only happens about once a day now. These problems used to happen every game! I also learned that when people start to walk into walls keep shooting them and you might get a trade… At least your xbox doesn’t turn off in the middle of a game.
Yeah halo 5 online has been a nightmare. The last year it’s gotten worse and worse quality matches. Now it’s almost unplayable. You don’t need the greatest internet package to play Xbox live so it’s not that.
