I have unlocked the legend achievment in MCC, but in halo 5 Helioskrill is still not available
Boot up MCC again, go in and change some customization item, like your emblem or banner or armor. This should update your MCC stats in Halo Channel.
After that, go back to Halo 5, and verify that you got the armor.
