So I got the achievement legend about ten days ago but still haven’t gotten the armor. I’ve talked to the Microsoft support team and nothing anyone go through the same issue and actually got it fixed?? Would really appreciate the help.
This issue has been discussed and addressed multiple times in the past. The Helioskrill has since been added to the REQ system a long time ago, and can be acquired through normal Gold Packs.
So I can no longer get it through that achievement just want to make it clear.

I don’t think it works anymore after the set (and its variants) were added to the REQ pool. In that case, start grinding those Gold Packs to save yourself some headaches waiting for it.

You should still get it. I bought halo 5 about a month ago. In the week before I grounded the campaigns to have an “exclusive” armor (jokes on me) when I started the game.
When I started halo 5 up I had it in my armory.

you still get it i got it like 3 weeks ago from MCC a day after I got legend achievement
It should still be available through your means. My personal experience was I loaded up MCC again probably five days after getting the achievement and I received it in the armory. But this was back around the time halo 5 launched so I am unsure if that has changed.
Also a tip for anyone trying to get this armor from gold packs: make sure to complete your silver pack unlocks first so as to not waste time and req points.

All missions have to show completed on legendary here on WP for the below to work.
If they do, try this: (If they don’t you will have to go back and re-complete the missing missions.)
Check the customization menu in H5. Not your req collection. It should be there. If it is not. Load MCC, H4, go into the menu and customize an emblem. Reload H5 and check your customization menu.
This armor is also available in req packs.

Tried it with no luck I just wana make sure I didn’t grind out the campaigns for some 50 point achievement that I can care less for. An yeah I can get it through the req packs but I just started the online so I know it’s gunna give me random stuff before I get that armor.

New to this game heard about this armor through a friend how do I now the silver pack unlocks are done??

The last two missions on halo 2 I did do coop would that be an issue even tho I got the legend achievement And on waypoint the game says finished on legendary difficulty

Shouldn’t be an issue either. I saw your MCC record. It shows all missions completed on legendary. You may want to double check it here on Waypoint.
