So, I had an issue where when I tried to play Halo 4 (the MCC PC one), it would play sound for one mission with no visuals, and the intro would just black screen and freeze. So I did the whole submit a ticket process, got asked the SAME DAY for more info, submitted that info, and have heard not a single word for a month. My case is still marked as open, I even sent a follow up asking about the lack of contact (19 days ago), and nothing. Anybody else have something like this happen, and/or know what to do next?

Here are the specs for the game:

Unfortunately this is kind of how things go with the support site. I have open issues that on average have gone 3 months without any kind of response. The longest one I have is 8 months. They usually reply with the automated “we’re looking into it” message and might ask for more details. Then they might either close the ticket when it isn’t fixed or close it out with a reply that is totally unrelated to what you submitted the issue for.
I might be having a similar issue. This happens a lot to me in Halo 4 where after playing for a while the screen goes out and the game crashes because of the d3d device being lost or reset. MCC is the only game I have this issue in and I don’t really have any fix or solution. Updating everything (including fiddling with drivers) hasn’t fixed it. I guess clean installing new drivers helped reduce the frequency of it. My computer certainly meets the requirements. I also know someone who has a computer that is way better than the recommended requirements and experiences crashes in Halo 4 (albeit alot less frequently than me).

Well wish I could maybe help you but you not telling me what you are running. Oh well good luck
