To Whom This May Concern,
I’ve been playing Halo 5 for a while now and I love it. However, I feel I’m having issues more frequently. Occasionally, I’ll open the req store and my points won’t load. I just recently bought a new pack on the Halo Waypoint website because I tried to open the pack in game, but I received the “Processing” message for about 5 minutes after purchasing the pack with my req points. I had to close the game, start it up again, and then I attempted to open the pack in game for the second time, but my points wouldn’t load. Req packs usually only take several seconds to open, but I can’t open one with points that won’t load.
There was one warzone match I played yesterday where I couldn’t use the req station AT ALL for the entirety of the match. Any time I tried to access a req station during the match, I would continually receive the “Retrieving Data” message. I couldn’t even pick load out weapons.
Also, whenever I get ready to start my first multiplayer match after starting Halo 5, I can’t access my boosts, req store, or req points.
I really hope that these issues are looked into and addressed so that I can continue to play a game I really enjoy.
