Issues with my Waypoint cant read my messages

While logged in when I try to read my messages it takes me to a Halo Support page that says:

oops
You’re not authorized to access this page
Take me back to the home page

What is the deal? I cannot submit a support ticket - trying to fix issue with Steam code for Season 7 flight. Steam says I have already used the code when in fact I have not.
Need support help for BOTH ISSUES.

Hey OP, the flight was only open over the weekend and has now closed. Any bugs need to be reported before flighting ends as the support site also closes off. If you tried to redeem your Steam code after 10am PT yesterday then that’s why it wouldn’t work - the flight was taken offline at that point and all keys revoked.
