Issues with Launching Halo Wars DE Offline (W10)

I am echoing the issue in the linked thread, because I have yet to see any acknowledgement from the devs or even wide-scale acknowledgement from the community. Once in a blue moon, threads like this pop up, but, for the most part, the issue has gone unnoticed. Can someone say if they can launch the game offline outside of a small time frame, so that it can at least be narrowed down to a user-end problem, or not affecting everyone? Can a dev or official please say something? I’m desperate for this issue to get fixed before they stop patching the game, as there is not much point to being able to play offline if you can’t even launch it offline, and I mainly play offline…

Edit: I decided to refund the game. At this point, I have little hope for the issue to be fixed, and the stress it has caused is not worth it. Its just not getting enough attention, and my dealings with support have exhausted me. They said they would email me when their “investigation” is complete. I’m don’t know if such a thing is going on. Until I hear official confirmation on the matter, I will have my doubts about it ever getting fixed. If it does get fixed… I may not buy anyways. So disapointed…
