So I have been trying to participate in the season 7 flight as my semester just ended but every time I follow a link to access it I get blocked by a page that says I am not authorized. This happens both when I click on “MCC Season 7 - Steam” on the My Flights section as well as when I select the activation email. I don’t know if its my account so I have made a second one incase I have to use it at some point.
While the Season 7 flight is marked as ‘Active’ on the Insider profile page, that’s an error; it ended a few weeks ago. When a flight ends all keys, builds, etc. are revoked and access is denied to the Insider support website, hence why you are locked out.
I’m afraid you’ll have to wait for the next flight, whenever that happens to be.
