the last terminal is bugged. Each single time I connect to this third terminal in the Covenant (Halo3/MCC), and as soon as it reach the red alert, the game freezes and sends me back to the main menu. hence, Impossible to get the achievement for finding all terminals in Halo3.
Any idea on how to fix this.
I have been going all day, to find a solution, even with xbox support, eventually they requested to reach out for 343 INDUSTRIES. My ticket reference for xbox support is
1285755066.
They say, it is not a problem with the console (xbox one). It is with the game. Hence, I need to check it out with the game developers. sigh…I can’t find any support from 343 Industries, on the web. Some of the websites related to 343 Industries are just filled with spams/bugs/and probably viruses too. sigh…
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Xbox Support quite simply sent you here to get rid of you. This is now mainly a community forum, made up of regular players just like you. 343 very VERY rarely even visit these forums anymore, so chances of you being answered by an actual employee of 343 is slim to none. Support ticket reference numbers don’t mean a thing here, as we cannot do anything with them.
The only advice I can think of is to uninstall the game from your hard drive then reinstall it. It could be something as simple as a faulty installation, since I never had the issue you had with that particular terminal.
