Issues with Halo Wars 2 PC Ver

Hello,
Trying to get help for this game, I am having a few issues with it

  1. I got the Ultimate edition and still no code for Halo Wars
  2. After showing logos, goes black screen then loads after 10 mins
  3. Keyboard commands do not work all the time, I can never get the Set Rally Point (Press V and Hold) to work
  4. DLC shows as downloaded from Store, but it is not in game and when I try to access it says I need to download, but can not as store shows I have already downloaded

Hahaha I had the same issue with setting up the rally point man :P…turns out its the letter Y not V LOL, I know I know it does look like a V right?

Regarding the free DLC character I downloaded it but it still asks me to download but I already have so I am sure you must already have it as well.

As to the black screen I have the same issue when starting the game too, so I would say its a normal thing right now haha. New patch has gone out for the xbox so the pc patch must arrive soon.
