I had watched the twitch streams for the free content thats supposed to be provided per hour (or so idk) and none of which was added to my halo infinite game. I have none of the coatings nor the victory pose, can I get some help on this, maybe recieve the content I claimed from twitch or something??

@Ashook5inches, I thought I saw an official post somewhere where they said this problem had been fixed for the majority of people. Perhaps you should make a support ticket about it, they’ll probably be able to help you more in-depth that way.

Thank you @LgndryDad and @MedievalHistory , I may be a lil dumb, but I tried looking through the support section and haven’t figured out a way to submit a ticket, just a bunch of articles is what it seemed like to me, but again thank you, if there’s something I’m missing or if I just still for some reason can’t figure out how to submit a support ticket, would y’all be able to point me in the right direction, or make me look like a bigger idiot with explaining it to me lmao.

In that Support article, if you scroll all the way to the end of the article, there’s a bit that says ‘Was this article helpful?’’ with "Yes’ and ‘No’ buttons. Right underneath that, you’ll see ‘Ready to report an in-game issue?’ and next to that is the link to submit a ticket.

Yeah, thank you, I submitted multiple support requests on it, and nothing was done, they only respond with like “we’ve recieved requests to fix this issue, and since have fixed the issue, since this is ‘all we can do’ the ticket is now closed” they can literally do more bc it is their game, but they’re just too lazy, next you know they’re gonna say the same thing when it comes to making weapons more unique and different stat wise😂
