I’m having an Issue getting into the game. I was able to download the Flight through Steam on PC, but when I got to log into my microsoft account the game tells me that my account is not authorized. Is there any way of fixing this so that I will be able to actually participate in the flight?
I’m have having the same issue. When I first started the game I was able to log in to the game but I can’t join a match (had no option to click on “play”). After rebooting my computer I got the message that my account is not authorized, too.
I am having the same issue - Was able to sign in, game crashed several times and now not authorized.

The flight is not active at the moment, so this is the case for everyone right now. It opens again Thursday evening if you’re in America, Friday morning in Europe etc. Try again then.
Thanks for quick reply. This was happening last week as well when I was trying to sign in during hours play hours. Do you have any troubleshooting issues I can do?
The Halo Infinite Technical Preview is now offline, but will return on the evening of September 30th [PT]. A specific time has yet to be announced. There is no need to delete or uninstall your build.
