I dont even know where to begin but what I do know is I can’t seem to join any Halo Master Chief Collection multiplayer games. I load MCC and it starts normally, I get the main menu and head to the multiplayer tab and then to the find a game tab, I select the game type of my choosing and then I see that in the upper right corner it says Im in a lobby. Then on the mid left side it begins to say searching for player and then after a few seconds players found and then a few seconds after that connecting to session this continues endlessly and I never get put into a game. So then I back out to the main menu and try again with the same results. I also try quitting the game and restarting it and still same results. Next is to reboot my whole xbox one system and try again but still same results. Lastly I reboot everything, cable modem, router and xbox one but still same results. I have also deleted and redownloaded Halo MCC multiple times thinking maybe I got a bad download or update but still nothing. How can every other multiplayer game I own for xbox one work flawlessly but Halo MCC won’t. Please help would love to beable to play this game with friends. Any tips/tricks or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I am having what sounds like the same problem. It just alternates between “Players Found” and “Searching for Players”.
I have had this game for a while now and has been working great for me. As of a couple days ago this started happening to me, as it seems for absolutely no reason. Searching for players… Players Found… … … back to searching for players with no other players showing up int he lobby. Also can’t join friends games and visa versa. I haven’t changed anything nor added any new apps. All I use my xb1 for is halo and duty. Duty multiplayer works absolutely perfectly which leads me to believe that its something with Halo and 343 changing something. There seemed to be few updates that were released over that past couple of weeks but never ran into any problems. I downloaded the update and started playing right after. This problem seems to have happened right out of the blue overnight. NAT has always been strict but if people can still play and 343 isn’t releasing anything soon then I will have to figure out what to do about my strict NAT. I have bridged the modem and made other necessary changes that I followed from tutorials with no luck. Still Strict. I guess I’ll have to just wait and hope the next update 343 releases is the saving grace for this multiplayer nightmare.
Same and for some reason they won’t allow me to post about it.
Please sort this 343 it worked perfectly in respect of matchmaking prior to the most recent patch. What have you done?

I just fixed the multiplayer problem, but its a little bit of a hassle. Reset to factory default setting by going to Settings -> System -> Reset to factory default settings. This will delete all downloaded content and pretty much sets the xbox like it was when it came out of the box. You will have to re install halo, but totally worth it because now it works flawlessly! Hope this helps you guys!
