Since there is no other way to contact 343 for customer support ie email, phone, online chat, I guess I’ll just post this here in hopes someone will see it. I live in a forest. Literally a national forest in a small town in oregon. Don’t have great Internet. I have been banned for matchmaking so many times for server problems or being kicked from the game in the last minute or even the post match report that I can’t take it anymore. I was booted out of three ffa matches and now I am banned. I don’t think it is fair to ban someone for legit connectivity issues. 343 needs to come up with a way to differentiate. Between these issues and the issues of buying req packs and not receiving the actual pack, this game is giving me a brain aneurysm.
Sorry to hear about your disconnects. Are you wired or on wifi. I recommend going wired, and setting your NAT to open.
Op that is horrible my friend. Like Matador Inc has said make sure your wired and your NAT is set to open. Also do you happen to know what type of Internet you have? Like cable, dsl, satellite? I do hope it is something simple for you so you can begin to enjoy the game.
I don’t have great Internet, and I am wireless, so I know I have no right to complain, but when the game bans me for kicking me out in the post match carnage report, it’s kind of frustrating.

Ah when it kicks you at that point, what it’s actually doing is removing you and placing a ban for a previous game. As the system runs 1 or 2 games behind, it usually wait until your next even (finishing a game, exiting threatre, ending a spectator session) and then gives you a notification for a ban. So you’re not actually losing connection at this stage, the ban is already set up you just get a slightly delayed notification. Confusing at times, yes, but I imagine it’s done this way to try and reduce false bans. System has time to analyse and queue things up before sending out notifications. Will agree that we cold use better notifications / details on the system though.

If it is not feasible to run Ethernet from router to console, I recommend getting a pair of Power lines. I am using them and they work great!
That seems to be an issue with your provider. Talk to them and explain it.
