Issues connecting to Halo 5 servers.

It’s been almost a week for me and I checked with my ISP and Xbox Live support and they told there isn’t much they can’t do from their end. I keep having to search 4 to 5 times for over 5 minutes until I get the message “Unable To Match” and I know that my friends are not going through this same issues as I am. I’ve told multiple of them to start searching on the same playlist as I do and they are connecting to the servers without any problems or issues.

You might try going into settings (network connections) on your xbox and make sure your NAT says Open. If it says anything else that’s where you problem is. It happened to me a while back, couldn’t get any games because of it.

I did that’s the first thing I did, I do find matches but I have to search 3 to 4 times to find a match. My connection is fine and I’ve tried multiple games. Pubg, Call of Duty, & Master Chief, I was able to connect to matches right away on those games.

Im having same issues as OP. All other games are worjing fine but halo isnt connecting and cant find a match anywhere

  • What region do you live in? (US, EU, Asia, etc) - What playlist are you attempting to search? - If you’re searching ranked playlists, what rank are you in that playlist? If unranked, what is your historic rank in that playlist? - What time of day are you searching? - Are you searching solo or with friends? - What is the exact message you’re getting on failure? Well it seems to be working again just fine. Thanks for replying back to me though. I’m just glad I can play again.

Same issue, every multiplayer option disconnects from Halo 5: Guardians servers. NAT: Open. Local WNY

For the third day straight now, I keep getting kicked from Halo 5 multiplayer and getting a “connection lost”.I’ve tried hard resetting my Xbox, and restarted my internet. The issue is not on my side. Help
