I have downloaded the Halo 5: Forge and Halo app bundle but every time I try to launch the app it opens up then I get a very brief view of a login screen, before the app immediately closes. I’ve restarted my pc, checked its up to date, redownloaded the app etc, and nothing is working.
Not exactly off to a great start.
I am also having this issue. Halo App opens up for a second, and closes. Launching Halo 5: Forge shows a loading screen, then after a few seconds closes and attempts to open the Halo App (which also fails).

They’ve pushed an update out that should correct these issues.
Nope, trying now still nothings working. App won’t launch, Forge wont download.
For some reason the download speed for the app can be slow. It took me just over 12 hours to download last night because my data dropped from 30mbps to .8mbps when downloading Halo 5 Forge (only in the Microsoft store did this happen). There was also an update for the Halo app, so if that doesn’t work for you individually I’m not sure what the next action should be, but for those who haven’t tried downloading the update, that may be a good thing to do.
