This happened on the french version of Halo 3 on MCC, when reading the third terminal on the covenant mission of Halo 3, second part of the Terminal causes a black screen, the games basically freezes, when going back to dashboard the start menu appears but nothing happens when selecting “Save and quit” option, have to manually quit and start the game again.
This did NOT happen when switching my console to a different language (UK English).
Might be a localisation issue there for “missing content”
