OP, what exactly are you proposing here, that there is no Helmet ever made that doesn’t feature a visor? That just seems like restricting creative vision for no real reason tbh, and I’m unsure what else you might be advocating for here

Yea i have to admit… a cosmetic option that actually takes away customization instead of adding to it is a little weird. There really should be an alternative to the visor color for that helmet.

Why sell visors at all then if that’s the goal
There’s also data for a snowman head helmet for the Mark VII, if that will ever come out, and it also doesn’t have a visor. Not every helmet has a visor. You never played Halo 4, Halo 5, or MCC? Plenty of those helmets had no visor. I used Venator, no visor, basically the Dead Space helmet. You must be new to Halo.

Bruh. You must be brand new to Halo if you think 343 isn’t going to be selling a Mark VI core. Those armors will come, and those helmets from 4, 5, and MCC will be in the shop.

Seriously idk how you aren’t understanding that not every helmet in Halo has a visor. Future helmets also won’t have visors. It’s just part of Halo. It’s nothing new.
Just so you know, the Yokai helmet is modeled after the Locus helmet from Halo 4. Same helmet, no visor, added horns and fangs, because it’s an alternate universe Japanese theme.

They are SELLING VISORS for the specific armor core that CANNOT USE THEM
This is an unprecedented occurrence in a Halo game. They have never SOLD customizable content, then LIMITED what you can customize in such a severe way.

Doesn’t matter. Are you saying the armor from the last 4 games is banned from returning to Infinite because they don’t have visors? Dumb take. You also can’t wear forearm customization because of Grapple and Repulsor. Should we just not have any armor customization at all? Let’s just have no armor in the game. Return to Halo CE.

You must be new to the English language. You’re misusing words and can’t understand that everyone is explaining that Halo has tons of helmets with no visors. You’re probably trolling, but in case you’re not, 4 Halo games off the top of my head have helmets with no visors. Halo Infinite also has multiple helmets with visor shields that cover the visor.
Actually, iirc, Reach had helmets with no visor or visor shields too. That makes 5 Halo games with helmets that have no visors. That means when all these helmets come to Infinite, they won’t have visors.
The Yokai helmet is just the Locus helmet from Halo 4.
How do you not understand this? Tons of helmets never had and will never have visors. If you don’t want to wear a helmet without a visor, then don’t. What’s the issue? 343 is never going to slap visors onto these like 20-30 helmets just because they sell visor colors.
