Issue with specializations

Hello 343! I have an issue with specializations. Sorry if this isn’t where to post my problem, but I don’t know where else to start. You can point me in the right direction.

Codes associated with the Halo 4 Specialization Email Program have been distributed as follows:

•Codes were sent to eligible players via the email address associated with their Xbox LIVE account.

•Codes were sent to eligible players with invalid email addresses via the Xbox LIVE Message Center.

•Eligible players who did not redeem their code were sent reminder messages via the Xbox LIVE Message Center.

So, I recieved a code via the Xbox LIVE Message Center that gave me access to the specializations. After successfully going through three specializations the others dissappeared. I’m level 80 and can’t level up. I don’t have access to the rest of the specializations now. Can this be fixed? Is this normal? AM I ALONE?

I didn’t buy LE game. I bought the LE xbox, but thats not what the problem is. The problem is, I had the specializations in game and could use them. Now I can’t. It let me go through 3 of them then just took them away. You following me?

you gotta go to download history and re-download the specializations

if that doesn’t work i don’t know what to say

Ok I went to Purchase History on live.xbox.com and found it and redownloaded it. I hope this works. Thanks Michael. Ill post again if it works or doesn’t work.
