I received my specialization code through my email. I clicked the link and it brought me to the Xbox.com website. For some reason, I was logged into the site on my old email address (an xbox account that has been inactive since 2007) and accidently redeemed the code onto that account. I called xbox support and they told me to contact halo waypoint and 343 industries. Not sure where to go from here.
