I recently purchased Halo Wars 2 and have only been playing for about 3 days. In that time, as I progressed through the campaign, it has reset my progress twice. I have only ever played on my XBOXONE and have tried signing in on a different device to see if my progress returned when I signed back in, and it did not. The first time it happened, it happened sometime between me turning off the xbox and turning it back on. The second time happened while loading the next level. I had just completed level 6 I believe, and the intro cutscene loaded for level one. I really like this game, but I’m definitely not going to be purchasing the DLC if I can’t even finish the campaign.
EDIT: Just now tried to jump back into level 2, and it doesn’t even have my progress on the first intro level. I’ve played “The Signal” 3 times, going on the 4th time now…
EDIT 2: Played through the first mission for the 4th time, now later missions are unlocked again, but progress in the last mission was removed
