I know I should be telling this to HaloSupport but the site won’t let me sign in so I’m doing it here.
I’ve noticed that for the past two weeks I haven’t received any season points for ranking up. As far as I know they haven’t removed sp from ranking up. is anyone else experiencing the same issue?
I don’t think so, no. But you only get season points for the first 100 ranks. After that you get season points from challenges only.
If you have reached the rank Staff Sergeant in Tier 4 (T4/L11). Then, I have to inform you have managed to obtain every season point that is possible to obtain from ranking up in MCC.
The symbol for this rank is the eleventh symbol in the forth row in this picture. The row in the picture is named “Tier 8” and the column is named “Staff Sergeant”.

yeah i’m pretty sure i just passed that so that’s probably it. kinda sucks that you stop getting SP at such a low rank. now i’m just forced to only do challenges to get SP and i’d like to play some multiplayer for some of the challenges, but not getting SP for ranking anymore means i’ll stop playing sooner.

You can still get some an amazing looking icons on your nameplate and the obvious bragging rights for reaching a high rank.
