Hey there, so I’ve been grinding Halo 5 since the release but I’m now running into an issue where I don’t unlock anything with REQ packs. I have missing rare helmets, skins and a few armor sets left to unlock. The issue I’m having is when I open a silver pack I recieve 3,000 REQ points back, which from my understanding means that I have nothing left in that REQ category to unlock. So I go to the gold packs and I am refunded 5,000 REQs, only unlocking warzone one time use REQs and XP/RP boosts. Correct me if im wrong, shouldn’t I be able to unlock the remaining helmets instead of being refunded, as if I’ve unlocked everything? Would appreciate any help. If a mod could look at my unlocks and confirm something is buggy that’d be great. I could upload a clip of the issue if necessary. Just want those last helmets haha :3 Thanks!

So with that in mind, what helmets are you missing? Not all the helmets/armor are in the REQ pool so my guess is you’re missing helmets like Timmy, Olive, etc.

Sorry was not aware you couldn’t see, apologies. And maybe? I don’t know what they include. I thought you could unlock all the armour via REQ system? excluding Timmy, Olive & Achilles & 343i stuff. I’m missing, CQB - EOD - Operator Gen1 - Pilot - Recon Gen1 - Security Gen1 - EVA Gen1 - Military Police - Athlon Champion - Mark V Delta

Not all, no.
Athlon Champion hasn’t been available in forever and I have no idea if/when it’ll be back. It was an HCS thing a very long time ago.
The other helmets are in the Classic Helmet REQ Pack which is currently only available from the store. I can’t remember if this was ever in-game for RP (I want to say yes but don’t hold me to that) but there’s a chance this one will cycle back through if it was.
None of the content you listed is in the general REQ pool.

I’m missing all those helmets too plus the CHALLENGER ARMOR. … Hope they bring them back but to achieve with standard REQ-Points and not with money to buy.
It really does bother me to see I’m not having a 100% but -Yoink- it. I’ll never get 100% since certain emblems were only achievable for a limited time period… which also sucks.
If you’re not gonna get 100% even not when spending money then who cares about it anymore???..

Sorry bud, Challenger was only available for a limited time during the 2016 HCS finals. It’s now impossible to get.
