Issue with new update!
Now that I did the new update yesterday is there a way to “DELETE THAT HALO APP” not the game. not the xbox app but the halo app? I shut it down the progie soon as it comes up. I don’t need it. As soon as we get that server browser I would like to get rid of that Xbox and and the that discord app also. Too many progies to run just to play one game.
Open the start menu and search “remove”, add or remove programs should appear as the top result. Open it, and you should be able to uninstall the Halo app from there.

Its not in the list!!!
Right click on it in the start menu and uninstall it. You may need it to play Forge, since they want it to be the launcher for all future Halo PC games (from the Windows Store). So you may or may not need to find a way to bypass it in some other way.

That sux big time. Normally I don’t buy DLC at all cuz I like having a hard copy of any games I buy. I have a hard copy of BF3. BF4 was the first time I ever had to DLC a game. Dont Like At All!

I uninstalled the Halo app from that list, so it’s odd that you don’t find it there. But if you found somewhere else you can uninstall it, I can confirm that you can actually uninstall it and still have Forge working. I actually had to do it in order to be able to play the game because the app would keep crashing when I tried starting it.
Good to know. I’ll probably get rid of it then, as the Halo app doesn’t have anything useful that I need and only makes me have to click another button to start the game.
