I have already posted in that thread, 3 times, and my posts are lost somewhere in the 536 pages. My issue is not the same as 99& of the problems in that thread, I have a separate problem.
I received the specialization code, and clicked the link provided in the email
I was redirected to Xbox.com which automatically signed into my main email address
This email address is attached to an old xbox account that hasn’t been used and has been a silver account since 2007.
I have contacted Xbox.com, they noted that the content is indeed on that account that hasn’t been used
They filed a report for me and someone is going to get back to me within the next 3-7 days
With that being said, they told me there’s pretty much nothing that can be done on their end since they don’t have anything to do with the codes
They informed me to post on this website, and the 343 site
I posted a few times on the 343 website, but recognized it is a site created by fans
That’s pretty much it, just hoping someone can help me out, thanks.
