Not quite sure where to post this but I’ve been having an issue with the monster energy promo as for some reason I have not been able to create an account on the monster energy website. It keeps saying Ive already registered, which I never signed up with monster for anything before the promo, and wont let me sign up. Ive tried three separate emails and I keep getting the same problem, one email I made new just to try and get by this issue but it still didnt work. Ive even tried forgotten password just by some chance it worked and the site was being stupid but I never would get an email. I tried contacting them multiple times and by about the fifth email I sent they finally got back and said they couldnt do anything and sent me to the halo support page. Its not even related to the monster site, their customer service is so bad its not even funny.
Im at a loss on what to do and Im wondering if anyone else has had this issue and has resolved it somehow.
