Issue with Halo 5 Review Code

UPDATE: Looks like reinstalling does the trick, if anyone runs into freezes on launch day.

Hey guys, I’m a member of the press currently playing Halo 5, and my game is crashing at the start of the Blue Team mission no matter what I do. It happens at a very specific moment when I turn down a corridor, and crashes regardless of difficulty, or whether im online or off. If any other early access players have experienced this issue, or if anyone on the 343 team could help, I’d appreciate it. I’m currently reinstalling the game, but would love to hear any other suggestions.

Other people streaming the review code on YouTube do not have the issue…

Could send that review code my way and ill tell you what to write when I finish :). Haha no but haven’t Played Halo locke yet so I couldn’t tell ya sorry dude

Try a hard reset of the Xbox.

Don’t know what makes you think we can help. And 343 rarely replies here. My advice is the same for anybody who has problems like this: Hard Reset. And if that doesn’t work, reinstall.
