I’ve preordered Halo 5 and I’ve played your game since the minute ot came out.
The problem is that I dont have the additionnal bonus content that came with ot even when I uninstall and reinstall it.

Which additional items are you looking for? The ones that came inside the game or additional bonus by pre order?

I have a similar problem, I bought the digital deluxe edition but I can not watch the content of The Fall of Reach series, I’ve tried both the console and the PC app and there is always a notice that the content is not available in that moment, retry or select another content
Please I hope you can help me, I contacted Xbox Support but they asked me to contact you
I haven’t been able to open up the digital pre-order bonus packs either. They aren’t even showing up in the req packs. Help?
