Issue with custom game screenshot option

I’m trying to link a screenshot to a custom game-mode, but the in-game “album” doesn’t appear to be updating with the new screenshots that I’ve took.

The screenshots should be there because they are showing up in the Upload Studio and in my Captures :confused:.

All of these screenshots are old. (This is after I restarted the Xbox).

I’ve tried:

  • Deleting unnecessary screenshots - Restarting the Xbox twice
    Apologizes if this is the wrong section.

You should post this in the Support section under Halo 5. (98% sure)

Well I’ve been looking at the support section, trying to help others out, it appears there doesn’t seem to be a solution as of yet. I have told people to do a hard reset, check that their pictures are uploading to one drive rather than just staying on the local xbox. I would suggest removing your xbox account then putting it back on, but I don’t think that would do anything.

Lots have had this problem.

This is the second time this has happened, I took some other screenshots last week and they haven’t turned up either.

I’ll try uploading the pics to Onedrive and see what happens.

Are you trying to link some pics of a map you’ve made?

This is known issue OP, it has been acknowledged by 343 in the topic noted below. There is also a possible workaround from Nokyard
