For the last few games of qualifying in free-for-all, I had been playing with players with ranks of mostly diamond and a few platinum and onyx. After the tenth qualifying match, when I recieved my rank, it said Diamond 1, but it had the Platinum 1 symbol. And now my Arena FFA rank says Platinum 1. I think that that my correct rank is supposed to be Diamond 1. Whether I’m right or wrong in assuming so, I do have visual proof of this glitch. Can anyone help?
your true rank is Platinum. you can check here on waypoint, it shows your highest all time rank, and even shows that yo are only plat 1 in FFA right now. waypoint doesn’t have the glitches that H5 does. the visual badge is the glitch going on right now. so i wouldnt worry. you are a plat 1 per your service record and highest all time CSR

There are now bugs with incorrect lower all time csrs showing on waypoint now. Even waypoint has problems at the moment

but it shows his current may ranking as a plat 1 i mean i ll check halotracker also but it will show the same thing i just checked yours. even though your all time CSR is wrong you can go and see what you are ranked in each month and it shows what you are saying. so his monthly ranking verify he is not a diamond 1

The pop-up display after you complete your 10th qualifying match is bugged. Its something that probably should have been picked up in their testing environment before being pushed into production. I’m sure they’ll patch it soon.
Your rank as it looks in the lobby is your rank. My FFA rank pop-up was also not the same as what I actually achieved on completing my 10th match. It showed the symbol for Diamond 3 but the text said Platinum 3. My Arena lobby still shows it as Diamond 3.
Its the text that is incorrect.
