Issue: Win 10 Xbox App Do not recognize keyboard

Purchased Halo Spartan Strike, using win 10 Xbox Store.
Never be able to play with 'cause it doesn’t recognize keyboard input (mouse ok).
I have a PS2 Keyboard and a Usb mouse.
If this issue is not resolved, I dont know:

  • where point out the issue for technical assistance
  • where ask for be refund of money, quitting the idea to play with Halo.

Notice: other Halo free preview did recognize the keyboard just smooth.
Please take care of this for the game seams a beauty to play with, so… fix it! :slight_smile:

Is there still no fix for this issue?! It’s pretty damn game-breaking and I was pretty stunned after I paid for a copy of the game. Been trying to ask devs on Twitter, so far no response.

Has anybody found a solution for this? Or gotten any response at all from the devs/publisher? The game is completely broken for A LOT of people as of Windows 10.

UPDATE: Possible solution! After fighting with this for a few days it seems to be working again for me. I believe what did it is a complete wipe/uninstall of Splashtop. If you have at any point had Splashtop installed on your computer, uninstall it and run this tool from the splashtop support forums:

I vaguely remember a few years ago running into a similar strange compatibility problem with Splashtop existing on a system. Please let us know if this fix works!
