Issue when trying to synchronize my Profile

Hi,

I’m a french user who just moved from France to the UK.
Since then, it’s impossible for me to synchronize my Halo 5 profile, and to play in multi player mode.

It works correctly for Doom and for Halo 1 : this issue appears only for Halo 5.

Could you help me, as I can’t play since 3 weeks!

I recommend a hard reset and clearing your cache. If I get a sync error at startup, I just restart the game, and it usually solves the issue. Your issue sounds more severe, but I get sync error at least 3 times a week.
