I recently bought halo wars 2 Ultimate edition (physical) and the code that came with it is incorrect. It should be for the season pass and halo wars definitive edition but instead it is for a digital copy of halo wars 2. The game was bought new.
I returned the game and was sent back one with the same issue. I understand that its hard to get back to everyone thats experiencing problems, but if you’re selling faulty products and not replying to issues posted on your forms; which you made the only was to reach your company. You should probably revaluate your business practices. It’s been over a month.

I hate to tell you but get used to it. There have been issues that players have been asking 343i for help but have been responded with silence.
The only advice I can give you is call Xbox support see if they can help, if not take it back where you got it and see if you get your money back and move on.
Being a long time halo fan it’s really disappointing, all I want is what I paid for. I was already talking to Xbox support twice and they directed here.
Hey OP, i’m afraid there’s not much anyone here on the Community forum can do to help with something like this. Any issues you have when purchasing something really need to be taken up with either the retailer you bought the game from (like if it was from a physical store) or with Microsoft / XBL Support if it’s something you bout from the digital store
