Issue receiving the 2 messages to join the flight

I can’t find the two messages to join the flight after receiving the email. Can someone help, please and thank you.

If you don’t have any messages here on Waypoint about being invited and you can’t access the Insider Support Site (https://aka.ms/HaloSupportInsider) then 1 of 3 things is likely happening:

  • You’re not logged in with the correct account. If you have any other email addresses you use, like having a different email set for communication on your Insider profile, try signing in with those details and see if you have the invite - Something in your Insider profile wasn’t correctly updated before the flight deadline, meaning you weren’t invited - You have had enforcement action taken against you at some point causing you to be banned from MCC, this can and will affect your ability to participate in flighting If you’re confident you have the correct details and have an email saying you were invited, you can file a ticket on the support site

I’ve tried filing a ticket for this exact issue, but it requires a lot of information that is not pertinent to this issue
