Issue joining fireteam

My friend will be unable to join any form of multiplayer after trying to join a fireteam with me. It only works again after he re-installs the whole game, but then will break again when he tries to join me again. Whenever this happens, he becomes cut off from the online portion of the game.

Any hotfixes? Any similar behaviours?

Any comment from anyone from 343i?

Sorry about the double post, but I’m worried this will be missed and I really want to get some games in with my friend.

Same exact problem… tried open nat, hard reeboot, soft reboot…

Same here.
Also can’t use req it keeps saying “retrieving data”
