I finally downloaded halo infinite technical preview after getting invited to test the game and as soon as I press “A”, it won’t let me as it says “your account is not authorized to play halo infinite”
Edit: My account is not underaged. Its actually over 18 with no child protection and I’m the only one signed into xbox and stil doesn’t work

is it possible that you have a account with child protection or you created the account under the age of 18? could be a reason
You also need to be the only account signed in on your Xbox.

No, my account is actually over 18. Even MCC insider works. Insider hub app usually always works because I was able to download it. I don’t have child protection on my account
Same thing happening to me
Just restart the game and sign out and back in with your account. Repeat until it works.

When I get this on Xbox, I just close the game and re-open it, works every time.
