I am currently experiencing issues with the halo 5 servers, I can’t connect to the arena or warzone playlist nor can I connect to any of my friend’s lobbies.
Could the support crew please help fix this problem, I want to keep grinding halo!
Try resetting your router, then hard reset on your xbox. I also highly recommend going wired with an open nat. This game it’s very temperamental on Wi-Fi, even the best Wi-Fi.

As he said below i recommend u go wired internet to your console! Also the way i do my reset that helps every single time and helps my friends as well is if u tend to go back and forth between other games u play or movies and internet explorer this seems to happen more! Issues with servers and connecting to friends. I found if u go to settings and network and go to advance settings! You will then can clear your cache. And it will ask you if you want to restart your Xbox say yes. This is the restart i recommend! Hope it helps you out!
