All of the things they’ve included and for 800 points?
People have been asking for DLC armour, skins etc. for a while now and I’m so relieved they’ve done it!
Lots of new stuff in here and I can’t wait to see all of it because I’m sure I haven’t been able to identify all of the new skins coming out hoping for a scout skin
Just wanting to say that I think 343 have done a good job!
(Those of you who are complaining about DLC not showing up enough or armour mods throwing off the game’s balance, being unfair to people who don’t purchase it… or forcing people to purchase it… I can’t sympathise and this isn’t what this thread should be about)
I’m looking forward to getting into a custom or two with friends and having a good game with some novelty aesthetics

It’s good value Pound for pound but so was the season pass before we realized we wouldn’t be able to play the new maps.

Nothing wrong with a little hype 
Especially if it’s about Halo 4 on the Halo 4 forums. And it’s a good deal for neat stuff and 2 new maps but… Thats just it! Two maps and skins…? As much as I love Prefect, I’d like to see some enclosed in-space maps like Halo 3.
It is a good value, and I was excited for it. The weapon skins, the armor, and Vertigo all look good.
It’s downright stupid that they are including a perk. Will I buy the DLC? Probably. But only because I don’t want to be at a disadvantage to players who are running away from every battle. That, and I really want to play Vertigo.

Honestly, I don’t think one mod is going to make much of a difference in balance… but I do think it might be a bigger problem if they do this often and start selling bigger better perks in a pay to win way… so I sort of understand some people’s frustration… however, right now I think you can get that one perk for 240 points… which isn’t a lot of money to most people.
Also, I know we don’t get to play DLC maps enough, and that sucks, but I recommend getting your family/partner/friend to play a custom or two with you once in a while… I like the games I play that way.
Good value indeed but this isn’t going to make DLC maps any more prevalent in matchmaking… At least the stances, armor and skins will be fun to play with.

$10 for two potentially good maps and a ton of cosmetic content is a good deal.
I don’t care if its been forged tons of times or not. People hate bland forge maps, and now that one actually looks like a real map they complain?

It’s going to play the same, and if people want a prettier remake than I’m sure someone can make one on Erosion and create a makeshift crashed pelican outside the map.
Honestly, I could not care less about cosmetic content in a game that’s still bad.
Apparantly the forge remakes never “felt” right, which might be the forge pieces being the wrong style or something… I know it can be hard to re-create something in forge… I think people expect the remake to bring the pit into 4 and have it play better than forge maps.
The other map, Vertigo I think it was called, just looks cool, the shield fry base mechanic sounds really… interesting.
Other than that, I like the new cosmetics… I don’t care if others don’t.
I think most people enjoy making their characters more personal/unique etc, because… otherwise why would it be in so many games?
It looks great, and until I see how the maps play/the playlists and things… I can’t say anything other than I like what I’ve seen so far.
I can’t wait for all the weapon skins we will be getting + the new stances.

Steel Skin pack, gives a gold/black look to all the loadout weapons in the game.

im buying i for everything but the maps. I love pit too but ill never be able ti play it.
