What I want to know is any of you ever used it in a warthog with 3 spartans haveing it active at once?
What vehicles would you recommend useing it with?
if it is as its described, id suggest a 3 man oni hog/gausshog…
Its a lot of good if you ask me, the Emp time while not stackable it is very nice, if you stack the armor of it on ultras or onis you will see a difference of how much you can take, though note that its under sustained damage things like splasers will still kill you in about one full hit, but basically if you’re driving use it.
Any vehicle you care about driving. any solo operative vehicles mostly. I used it with a Heios and survived for entire game in it. You still have to play it smart but it is a very good mod to use
I used it with 2 people in a rocket hog last night, lasted long enough for me to get 18 kills. I used it in a banshee too. EMPs didn’t last long at all. I definitely recommend using it whenever you use a vehicle.
Forgot to equip when I was using my Phaetons this weekend, so not sure there. But I don’t equip it for my Banshee runs, and it was excellent for shaking plasma pistols. Not sure how much it helps the durability of the vehicles though, would love to see numbers.

It’s alright for air vehicles. You’ll regain control after being EMP’d before you hit the ground.
You can feel a damage resistance while in vehicle against spartans. Emp effect is definitely diminished.

Oni tank got absolutely req’d by a rail gun, I can’t honestly tell you if Wheelman is good or not based on that moment.
One Spartan laser shot still takes the vehicles down = pointless armor mod.
Best mod imo. Banshee recovers in like 2 seconds.

I tried using a plasma pistol on a Hannibal mantis to jack it and the guy had the wheelman on. Worst decision ever. Rip in pepperonis me.

Was it an arc light?
It only slightly increases the durability of the vehicle, so it’s not too noticeable with one-seat vehicles. (Banshee, Phaeton, etc.) Although it’s a subtle upgrade, it makes your vehicles a little more effective. I don’t how 343 Industries managed to do pull it off without making the vehicles overpowered, but bravo.
I’m going to have to try that on the Mantis tonight.
Vehicles are a joke in this game.
