Hello everyone. I was talking to a friend recently and he said that vidmaster was returning with Halo Anniversary? He could’ve meant Halo 4 but I don’t know. Was this confirmed at Halo Fest this year or is this just a rumor? Thanks! And sorry if this is in the wrong category.
It’s not likely, in my opinion. Vidmaster was something taken from Marathon to Halo 3, and is thus more of a Bungie community kind of thing - not a Halo thing.

Thanks for explaining. It makes sense now. I heard the new title update could add some new armory items for Reach so maybe he was talking about the Waypoint armor awards which is sorta like Vidmaster. Just might require you to get Halo Anniversary Achievements.
There is no new armor.
