I saw a video that said halo mcc was a bad game that hardly any plays it see I want get xbox one don’t have the money for game I going order the xbox one that comes with mcc but it any good tell me some should I pass on this game see I started xbox 360 with halo 3 and mass effect but halo gone so far down hill I quit playing it I just play mass effect and dragon age now I love role playing games but xbox one does not have any rpg that I care to blow money on I ready have dragon age and I tried destiny and didn’t like I and cod not for me so if any one can help me out that be cool
What would be the alternatives if you do not buy the MCC?
I personally would not recommend buying it. I bought an Xbox One solely for this game and my experience was ruined by the awful launch. Although my dickish relatives also ruined it by showing up at our house uninvited on release and staying 40 days without even asking us if it was okay.
But it really depends. If you really love Halo and want to have lots of fun playing the Campaign with friends and stuff, you could go for it. But if you want to play MP, pass. It also depends on alternatives, because there are games that are more worth blowing money on than an XBONE + MCC
Definitely buy Xbox + MCC. You won’t regret it at all.
Xbox Ones are great and MCC is playable and can be great fun for Halo fans.
If however your cup of tea is RPGs. Stick with the 360 for a bit. It has huge amounts.
Xbone has
Lords of the Fallen
Dark Souls 2
Neverwinter
Dragon Age Inquisition
Borderlands 2 and presequel
360 has
Dragon Age trilogy
Mass Effect Trilogy
Risen Trilogy
Arcania
Oblivion and Skyrim
Fallout 3 and New Vegas
Two World 1 and 2
Too Human
Dark Souls 1 and 2
Dragons Dogma
Borderlands Trilogy
Fable Trilogy
Those are just off the top of my head. Give the xbox one another year or two and I’m sure a new Elder Scrolls or Fallout will come ( ES Online is coming this summer actually). Actually give it a stronger RPG line up. I’m glad I have my Xbone and MCC but I couldn’t recommend one based on the preferences you provided.
Dont support 343i.
Buy it used if so. There are enough people that want to sell it I guess.
While writting this someone just ended a BTB game right at the beginning for all other 13 players. Its so ridicilous.
here’s my take on this. Xbox One doesn’t have quite a large library yet but there are a few good/decent games. If you’re only interested in the campaigns for halo then maybe get it when it’s on sale and cheaper. the game still has many issues so if you get it for multiplayer be ready for a crap ton of issues and such. even the campaign has some issues but it’s playable for the most part. there may be times where you have to restart a mission or checkpoint because your progress isn’t save and such or it can freeze. if you’re strictly and RPG lover like me all I can say is maybe wait till Xbox One is cheaper and at the same time other RPG games will launch later on. there are a few games that are pretty good. Dragon Age Inquisition, Bloodborne, Borderlands and a few others. for me, who bought an Xbox one by September of last year, there’s not to many games I’m interested in yet, but this year by the end looks to have quite a collection out. I personally think by fall it’d be a good time to get an Xbox one if you check out these games that are coming out. currently I’m 50/50 between 360 and XB1 on how I spend my time. I play both a lot but really on XB1 I play Halo once in a while and Destiny every Tuesday. I’ve beat DA:I but it’s not the same once you beat a game like that. 360 is still fun since a lot of stuff is cheaper because it’s older gen and such.

I bought the XboxOne right before the TMCC release to pre-order the DC. The game was almost unplayable online, it has gotten a lot better for players in the USA. It still has some issues, but most competitive players play custom games and accept invites over stream like Twitch.
I was highly disappointed when multiplayer didn’t work on a game that was the only reason I bought the XboxOne. I still think that updates will make this a better experience. Might not be until next year because of Halo 5, but once it’s working TMCC will be a addition.
