Is Valhalla the only map remake that’s going to be in Halo 4 from Halo 3? Valhalla is a good map, but why not Sandtrap? Sandtrap is a classic, large scale map. Will 343 include some more Halo 3 map remakes in a Halo 4 DLC? What about Foundry? Does anybody remember that? Foundry may be a small map, but man was it awesome. The forge maps/creations people would make on Foundry. What Halo 3 maps do you want to see be remade and return in Halo 4?
It’s the only remake map period and Sandtrap isn’t that great of a map. 343 shouldn’t remake any more maps. If they do they should at least be maps the aren’t playable on xbl.
Yes it is, unless they decide to put one in DLC but I doubt they will. I hope there is a desert forge enviroment with forgable Mammoths, that way we ca forge Sandtrap. Yes for a while I was hoping the remake was Sandtrap purely because of Mammoths, but Valhalla is one of my favorite maps, so I’m more than happy about it!
I think any map from Halo 2 would be better than sand trap.
They’ve stated that its the only remake. There’s only one map left that nobody has seen, and it’s not going to be a remake.
The Halo 3 maps I want to return are Standoff, Foundry, Sandbox and Sandtrap, but not exactly totally remade. It will be more like this:

Sandtrap/Sandbox: A map that mixes the two maps together along with some new spaces to play on, as well as a tonne of new Forge objects.

Foundry/Standoff: The two maps mixed together, Foundry being some underground warehouse, or something like that. Making the map much bigger than it was in Halo 3. A tonne of new and existing Forge objects included.

Yes, 343i said we’d only get one map remake, and that is Valhalla.

Why does everyone want remakes from Halo 3!? You can still play those maps on Xbox LIVE, it’s called you take your Halo 4 disc, and stick your Halo 3 disc in the drive and play the game.
But why can’t people ask for remakes of maps you haven’t played on the Xbox before!?
Like Death Island?
Danger Canyon?
Uplift?
District?
Gephyrophobia?
Or how about maps that aren’t currently on Xbox LIVE like those for Halo CE and Halo 2?

i think they send a survey by email asking which maps would they like to be remaked the most!
And the top 3 choices should be chosen.
Seems like the most fair option there is.
