I’m playing right now, and the population counter is at a little more than 23,000 right now. Yes, TWENTY THREE thousand. When did Reach’s population completely die? I swear like a week ago it was still consistently holding at least 80,000 every night. Is this a server error, or the real deal?
I think the counter is stuck, the few playlist I play have had the same amount of people in it for the last few days.
Might have something to do with the holiday today. I noticed the playlists were really low today. Most people are probably taking the day off.
It’s been saying 20,000-30,000 for a while dude. Everytime I come hop on it’s in the 40,000 at most. Then again, I hope on and play Reach like really late in the night (1am-4am).
Its been frozen since Friday night. Hence the 1240 people in Team objective (super jackpot weekend) compared to any other playlist. Im sure that theres been around 75k-95k people online today.

Huh? What holiday is on August 6th? It wasn’t an American holiday. I live in the U.S. and I was playing at 11 pm eastern, which means 10pm, 9pm, and 8pm respectively for the other timezones. Usually there’s around 80-90k on at those hours.

It’s always different for different days, and some days have different peak times.
Regardless, you made a pretty dumb statement about Reach’s population dying out. It’s like 23,000 players are so few and you can’t find matches at all!
It’s been at 488 players in Invasion for 3 days… Positive it’s stuck.
The counters haven’t been updating for the last few days. The population is probably at least 60,000 right now.
You forget that school started this week for most people, and the majority population of Reach are teenagers. I noticed the drop too, 120K on Saturday and Sunday, and come Monday the population was at 20k.
My counter has been stuck at 23543 for the past five days. It is definitely frozen. Every single day the populations are identical to the day before.
