the population is really low today … and I cant find games that are not in progress … anyone wanna play customs ?

I know right. 343 implemented JIP horribly. I understand why JIP is in the game, but 343 seems to have no common sense. I don’t mean to flame, I’m just incredibly frustrated at 343. And to make things worse, they throw in one of those Requiem archive things that requires you to complete 1000 war games matchmaking games but don’t make games that you JIP count for that.
