I had read that there wasnt gonna be a Halo 4 Beta, but if that was true how can these ppl advertise this without getting sued for false advertising?

Its FAKE, 343I have confirmed multiple time that there will be no beta!
and why would a website that has nothing to do with 343 and halo offer a beta for just filling out a servey, Does not stack up really.
yea i saw a facebook ad trying to get me to win a chance into the beta too. Since I know this to be false I would say they might have found some loop hole in their wording or they are sloppy and are just plain lying. but either way I am pretty sure this is not true

Few more things:
*If 343 released a beta, why would it Not advertised or thoroughly discussed on here?
*Some time before 343 announced: “no beta” there was at least one website clamming to have a exe download for the beta which was a cyber attack actually.
When it comes to the Latest Halo News there are two places that will have it the fastest. Xbox 360 itself, and Halo Waypoint website.
