Is this game worth buying?

Halo Reach is the only Halo I haven’t played except for ODST. I was wondering if people still play this game and if I can find a match in playlists. It’s become recently backwards comparable on Xbox One and it’s fairly cheap. So is it worth buying after 6 years?

Definitely.

Campaign and Firefight are still fun and can be played through Split Screen and LAN.

MP has a fairly large following. Playlists like Team Slayer, Infection and BTB are the largest and don’t take very long to fill. Maybe even shorter times than MCC and Halo 5.

The graphics are still very impressive and the credit/unlock system is fun and rewarding.

Only note is that while the 360 version runs smooth, the xbox one version can be very choppy, with a low frame rate. It’s not unplayable, it it’s noticeable.

Absolutley. Still lots of people playing.
Ill play with you if youre looking to play with people. My GT is: Pink TacoxD

Yes reach my favorite installment of all the Halo’s still lots of folks playing it.

Reach’s online player count peaks at about 25,000. At the time of me posting this, it is currently 19,679 players online. And as someone above me said, a lot of the popular game types like Team Slayer and SWAT, Living Dead, and BTB all have at least 1,000 players each.

Thanks! I’m looking forward to it! I think MS let it be that way so Halo 5 gets played a bit more.
