Depends on why you disliked it. They have made some changes but still never resolved or addressed other issues that have been around.
Stead of taking other people’s opinions you could… hrmm possibly insert the disc and try it out for yourself again. After all, opinions are opinions. None of us will have the -exact- opinion as you. Just a thought though. >.>
I thought it was decent to begin with. 343 is DEFINITELY fixing it, though. They should’ve had a lot of these things to begin with, but they’re adding them back slowly.

343 had made a lot of improvements since January, with more to come.
Just play it and judge it for yourself. In my opinion, they’re fixing it.
Yes, getting better super slowly though
More and more I realize how extremely different this game is and it kinda upsets me, but I still try to have fun and enjoy it. I’m starting to want changes though, lots of them which can be seen on many of the threads here.

i never have any either. i recently switched from wireless to wired and i still have none.
Some of the small issues were addressed, but the major issues are still present.
It’s still better than anything out there, imho.
Better than what is was OP… you’re just going to have to try it.

Never had lag? lolololol thats a good one.
Even with the best connection possibe and most people in the game from your country the game will still give international host with a bad connection and you will lag.
You either dont know what lag is or you bridge host.

Lag issues have been big on the threads, so no I don’t believe everyone’s connection is crap, it’s something on 343i’s end.

Local Game play (Campaign & Spartan Ops) has been fine for me. I enjoyed both and have completed both (including all 50 Spartan Ops episodes) on Legendary.
Multi Player or Co-Op Campaign /Spartan Ops is usually horrible 80% of the time. Throwing a grenade, using a Plasma Pistol, or a heavy weapon is lagged by 1 to 5 seconds - so your rocket doesn’t even launch for up to 5 seconds after you pull the trigger. So 1 in 5 games I get lag < 1 second for heavies. I have no idea where DMS / BR bullets are going - but many times your lucky if you can hit yourself with a plasma grenade - let alone an enemy player or vehicle.
And before someone states “it’s your connection”, I have an average of < 30 ms ping times, 18 MBps down stream and 2.8 MBps up stream. I check my connection using NameBench and various bandwidth test before playing Xbox to make sure my throughput and DNS server are as good as possible. And Halo 3, Halo Reach, COD Black Ops II, COD WM3 and Sonic Racing all play perfectly fine - no jerky spartans - no vehicles sitting there 5 seconds after they were destroyed - no 5 seconds of Lag before a grenade appears - long after the banshee has left your FOV.
The Big issue with H4 is that it regularly has god awful host selection ability (I would swear the people it picks for host have < 54 kbps dial up modems) and does a poor job of matching players up - so that your scattered all over the globe. This could be fixed by providing the player with a “Local Only” or “Best Connection” options as does Reach and other games have done, but that is not mentioned in the latest TU coming this April 2013.
Until This horrible game crippling Lag is fixed, I don’t play Halo 4 anymore on Multi Player.
