For some reason, I can’t see the playlist photos in the matchmaking lobby. These are the unique photos that appear near the top left of the screen each time you select a playlist, which also show how many players are searching at the time. I can’t see any of it. There is just a blank spot. I have a brand new disc. I installed the game to see if this would be a solution, but it’s still not there. Am I the only one with this problem?
Not common at all, try clearing your Xbox 360’s cache.

That may fix the issue.
Thanks. I’ll give that a try when I get home tonight. Odd thing is, this happened on my last Xbox 360, which I sold a while back, and now it has happened on my new one. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I always assumed last time around that it was because my disc was scratched, but this one is in perfect condition.

Definitely sounds like a cache issue, then!
Well, this didn’t fix anything. Any other ideas?

This can also occur if you don’t have a hard drive, although it sounds like you have one. The game may not be detecting it fully or in a correct manner.
You can locate the TU file on your hard drive, and delete it.
Then, when you connect back to Xbox LIVE, you will be able to re-download it. This may fix your problem.
Uh, no you guys. The picture is downloaded with the playlist data when you select the playlist. It’s either his internet connection not pulling that data correctly, or the Reach Servers were having slight issues.
Deleting the cache MAY fix the problem, but if the servers are messed at the time when it attempts to grab a new image, it’ll fail again and be blank. And those images are stored in cache for later use, but only while the game is the only one played. Switch games and the cache resets.
