Is this a first good reach commentary. I think i need to increase sound of my voice.

I can’t really say if it was good or bad. I had a really hard time hearing you over the sounds of the game. I would suggest lowering the game volume before you do another commentary. Good luck. I really enjoy game commentaries.
Edit: I will say based on the parts I could hear you might want to have some points you want to bring out written down beforehand. Having something written down will allow you to have a clearer presentation.

I did quite a few Reach commentaries in between the beta and release under the name Krutchtacular so I have some experience with commentary.
I’m gonna be honest here.
First thing is your voice, which is very important. You don’t sound confident, don’t seem to have a plan about what to talk about, are too quiet, and mumble. Also, the in-game audio and voice-over isn’t properly balanced making it even harder to hear you.
Secondly, I don’t feel like you’re saying anything helpful or interesting. You seem to kind of ramble about random things. Think about what you’re going to talk about during the commentary and focus on that. Find examples in the film to reinforce the main point. Make notes with times that key moments play out and keep track of them.
